Trauma Types:
Bullet Bullets, Sling Stones, Pellets, Fast Blunt Objects.
Impale Knife and Sword Thrusts, Spears, Arrows, Sharp Pointy Objects.
Impact Clubs, Falling Rocks, Maces, Heavy Slow Blunt Objects.
Blades Sword and Knife Slashes, Ax Chopps, Sharp Bladed Objects.

Flame Weapons: No armor except special suits will protect it's wearer from
Flame and Heat for long, however thick armors (such as ones that
protect well from impact) can insulate the wearer for short periods.
Determine straight avarage impact subtracting 3 points for every
location not coverd by a piece having at least 1 impact protection.
Firesuits will have specific flame protection scores.
Fragments & Buck Shot: Determine the Prioritized avarage based on Bullet
        Protection.
Bomb Blast: The overpressure of a bomb blast can not be defended against
except by specialized bomb squad outfits or by totaly sealed armors.
Bomb squad suits will have blast protection scores. Also note that
blast damage does Stun damage and only will kill you if you are at
ground zero or if the blast taken over kills with stun.

Frag Grenade: Frag: 2d6+20 Blast: 1d6+10 DAM, 0 PEN (apply frag first)
              Base Radius: 10ft. (evry 10ft. 1/2 damage)(apply frag DAM
in increments of 5 with a DEG of 5)

Small Trauma Plates are 5x8in. or 6x8in.
Large Trauma Plates are 10x12in.

DP: Damage Protection
RF: Resilliance Factor

Torso* = That the plate covers that location or if used in the back it covers
      the back instead.
<> = Only for targeted shot no effect on overall AC.
" = All part of same piece and as thus add no ENC or AC by themselves however
a 0 ENC means that it has no ENC penalty by it's self but would add in
layering of the armor. (Small Trauma plates add no ENC when used singley
with Bullet Proof Vests unless multiple plates were used (ie. if you use
two plates the second adds the +1 ENC) think of it this way: you get one
free trauma plate (it does count as a layer) but more than one counts as
normal) The second small trauma plate is often placed in back where it
will protect the back vitals (rear acess to heart/lungs and the spine)
Large trauma plates add one point of ENC but the second is free (only
for front and back plates) but all plates past the 2nd. cost normal but
the second plate could be a small.

Trauma Plates: Small trauma plates cover only vitals, large trauma plates will
cover whole torso. Hits will degrade the trauma plate first and if the
hit penetrates the plate then the under armor is degraded for an equal
ammount. Note: large trauma plates will add to AC. Most trauma plates
metal or ceramic will have a thermal plastic coating to help prevent the
      bullet from fragmenting and splattering.

    KEVLAR
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Kevlar is a weave of manmade fibers (simelar to nylon and rayon). these fibers are
woven very tightly and then layerd to form a soft and flexable material that
when struck with a high velocity object it will become very ridged and stop the
object from penetrating and also sperad out the impact force as well.

Cocealable Kevlar can be worn under normal clothing with out notice.
Lt. Kevlar Vest can be worn under normal clothes with little visable bulk or can
be worn under somewhat bulky clothes with out notice.
Md. Kevlar Vest can only be worn under coats without notice and must be worn over
                 normal clothing.
Hv. Kevlar Vest must be worn over normal clothing this is the type used by SWAT
                 teams.

Other "Bullet Proof" Materials

Nylon (flack jackets and in solid form Vietnam era helmets)
DuPont Kevlar (Solid) (Modern Helmets)
Steel (WWI & WWII helmets)
Allied Signal Spectra Shield (medium-stiff) excelent protection
Allied Signal Spectra Flex (light-flexable) avarage protection
