Unknown papyrus vignettes

The following pictures are reproduced from:

I found this unusual little book in a used-book store.
I am not interested in discussing the author's unorthodox
translation of Berlin Papyrus 3024. I am only interested in
the sources of the pictures reproduced below. The author
acknowledges the Library of the Egyptian Museum, Cairo, but
does not give identifiers for the papyri themselves. Any help any
person can give identifying these papyri would be much appreciated.
