9) New Room: objects from the OK, mainly false doors; objects in this
room where previously located in upper floor, room 19; notably the new
rendering of the facade of the mastaba of Iteti, created by the assembling
of original and non-original pieces (I hope to provide soon a photo of this
assembly); stairs to lower floor
10) New Room: two small rooms, only one now occupied with the copies of
Rosetta (previously in room 12) and Palermo stones and the new framing of
the Royal Canon (previously in upper floor, room 22) which has been mounted
in larger space with a mirror behind so that both recto and verso are
almost visible (transliteration and translations are given)
11) Stairs from the lower floor; Ellesiya temple

Lower floor; "Schiaparelli Rooms": topographical section
15) Objects from FIP and MK from Schiaparelli's excavations, arranged
topographically; the very famous relief of Hathor's temple foundation from
Gebelein (see BBS about Smsw-Hr) which was on upper floor, room 19, is now
placed here under, very regrettably, very poor conditions of light which
prevent everyone from seeing its details
16) Stairs to ground floor, leading to the Ellesiya temple room

Upper floor

18) Room with coffins and funerary objects and papyri
19) Stelae, small statues etc. Now closed for refurbishment
20) Corridor, first half almost empty, objects moved in ground floor new
rooms; second half with various objects and side chambers (Kha's tomb, Tomb
of unknowns, Maya's chapel etc.)
21) Daily life rooms, now partially closed
22) Papyri room (historical ones), now partially closed
