| Daddy Tim passed away August 16, 2006. He was an incredible man; funny, witty, playful and adventurous. He led the Austin Gay Leather Social for over five years, educating gay men and women about the leather BDSM life. He is survived by his partner, Paul, his parents and sisters, and by thousands of friends and chat buddies around the world. |
| Some friends and I were bemoaning the fact that there is no gay leather community here in Austin. To remedy that situation, we started the Austin Gay Leather Social. The Leather Social is the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 7 to 9pm at the Rainbow Cattle Company, 305 W 5th St. All are welcome to join us provided they are Gay or Lesbian and share our common thread - BDSM/Leather. We especially encourage those who may be new to the scene or not had much experience to join us in a queer friendly space.
