WHAT IS TIGER CUBS?
Tiger Cubs is the first stage in Cub Scouting.  It is a program designed to help your boy develop self-assurance and build a respect for other people.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each boy works towards the Tiger Cub badge with an adult partner.  They attend den meetings, pack meetings, and special events, as well as work with their family to complete specific achievements and electivesFor each accomplishment, a form of recognition is awarded.
WHAT ARE DEN MEETINGS?
Dens are made up of about five to nine boy-adult partner teams that usually meet twice a month.  Since Tiger Cubs follow a shared leadership structure, each adult partner takes turns working with the Tiger Cub Leader to plan and lead a den meeting and/or activity.  At these meetings, boys may work towards a requirement for the Tiger Badge, learn a new skill, go see something new...whatever fun activities are planned.
