I have here several parcels of Saskatchewan farmland for sale. These parcels differ somewhat one from another in location, and presence of trees. Usually the southern part of the province has few or no trees, a classic prairie. Somewhat north and east more trees appear. There is almost no temperature difference between the two distinct areas. Although rainfall in the Parklands is a bit more reliable, and average temperatures maybe a degree lower.
