Chapter 6

Joe went to the Post office and sent it out by airmail. It should reach him in a day or two. He then took off to Sandy Point out near the Bay. He sighed as he stared out at the rough ocean. He sat for hours, just staring at the water, contemplating whether or not he should jump off the point and be done with it.

‘No, I’ll wait till Em writes back. Only then I will.’

It started to rain hard. Joe shivered. Tears ran down his cheeks. No one could notice as his tears mixed with the rain. He didn’t care if he got wet, as long as he was alone. The wind whistled through the air. He looked at the waves down below. He watched them grow big and then crash into the wall of rock. He never heard a car approach from behind, as he looked up to the sky hearing the thunder. He felt the day should be like this. A storm of Emotions.

“Hey Boy!”

Joe jumped, freezing into place as a hand touched his neck.

“What, no welcome for your uncle Tony? Joey, I thought you missed me. I came back for your seventeeth birthday.”

Joe made himself look up, seeing his uncle standing over made his already near cold blood get ice cold from terror. “What are you doing here? I thought I had a couple days still?”

Joe trembled as his uncle forced him to his knees. His uncle was tall, 6”2’ feet, 240 pounds. He was mostly all muscle.

“You aren’t happy to see me Joey. That’s really bad Joey. You aren’t even talking like I commanded you to.”

Joe thought hard, seeing his uncle scowl before he remembered; he was slapped hard across the head. He winced. “I’m sowwy uncy. I not do again.” His uncle like it when he talked like a little kid, not able to talk properly. So all the time, he’d revert to a small boy.

His uncle smiled at him, caressing his cheeks, “Don’t worry baby, your uncle will take care of you.” Joe looked at his uncle who towered over him. “I think your old enough for me to fuck you now. I want to have sex with you Joey. On your birthday, I want to fuck you.”

Joe shook his head in terror and revulsion. ‘Sex with his uncle. No! God, no… please, not that!’ Joe thought frantically. All Joe could do was shake his head no. His uncle grabbed him by his throat and squeezed hard. Joe gasped for breath. He tried to struggle and fight back, but he couldn’t. He started to panic, he could see his uncle laughing at him before he dropped him on the wet ground. Joe laid there, gasping for breath as his uncle leaned over him, opening his jeans, feeling inside. Joe closed his eyes in denial.

‘This wasn’t happening. He was family. Why would he be doing this? NO, no,no, uncy, stop, please, no more uncy, not like, not like.’ Joe thought as he reverted to a child again. Joe felt something touch his ass before it was removed and Joe was suddenly left alone. Joe laid there, jeans wide open as he cried.

Chapter 7

Joe shivered, curling up against the tree, moving back and forth as he tried to think of ways to get his uncle out of his house. He had to run, or he would be forced to live with him. His mother had told him two years ago that Uncle Tony was to be their legal guardian in case of the death of Laura and Fenton Hardy. Joe did survive but every now and then, he'd break.

He did his jeans up. His hands were shaking from cold and terror. He got on his bike and rode around aimlessly. He was getting tired and his stomach ached from having no food. He rode into traffic, weaving around cars, hoping to get hit by the cars.

'Reckless driving' he thought as he suddenly seen a cop car ahead. He skidded into it, scared as hell. "Oh SHIT!" Joe screamed as he turned his motorcycle around, his leg pinned against the car. He screamed a moment as his leg hit the police car. He saw the cops in the car, trying to get out as Joe pushed his motorcycle the opposite way and gunned it. His leg throbbed as he took off from the scene. It hurt, probably bruised as he went down an alley, several turns later, he thought he lost them as he turned the corner and was hit by the police car. He smiled as he and his bike flew off. He hit the cement with a thud, his skull hitting the cement hard. Joe passed out.

Ten minutes later, he woke up to see Con Riley standing next to the stretcher he was placed on, writing in his notepad. It was still raining and Joe knew he wasn't seriously injured. His leg hurt, and his head did too. Concussed he figured since he could see two Con Riley's standing in front of him. Joe remained silent as he heard Con asking him questions and as well as the paramedics. He turned his head and refused to speak. His back was sore, and his hands felt like they were on fire. Joe went back to sleep.

Chapter 8

Joe woke up in the hospital, seeing Frank and his dad in the corner of the room. Uncle Tony and Laura came in, seeing Joe awake, and smiled at him. Joe scowled and turned his head away. He had a headache. Laura woke up Frank and Fenton and handed them a coffee. Joe glanced at his uncle before he rested his eyes on Frank.

Frank saw the pleading look as Joe slowly sat up.

Frank moved to his brother's side and said sternly, "What the hell were you thinking Joe? Riding your motorcycle in that storm!"

Joe looked down at his hands as Frank yelled at him. Frank finally realized that Joe was feeling bad already.

He softened his tone, "I'm sorry kid. It was probably an accident. Don't worry."

Joe glanced at his brother and smiled a bit, then hugged Frank hard. He started to cry. Fenton and Laura pulled Tony out of the room. Frank was confused about Joe's outburst. He just broke into tears and held onto Frank as if he were dying.

"Joe, what's wrong? What's going on?"

Joe just cried. Frank held him as he cried.

Joe was getting tired from crying. He slowly and reluctantly gave up his grip on his brother as his eyes slid shut and he fell into an exhausted sleep. Frank covered him back up and went out to meet his parents.

"How is he Frank?" Fenton asked.

Frank answered, "I'm not really sure. He just burst into tears and he hasn't spoken yet. I'm worried about Joe, Dad. He hasn't been himself for awhile."

Fenton nodded, "Yes, I know what you mean. You should talk to his friends. Talk to Vanessa. See if they noticed any changes about Joe. We'll find out what's wrong."

Frank nodded as he left the hospital with his uncle Tony. Tony remained silent throughout the ride. Frank dropped him off as he watched his uncle enter the house. He wondered what was going on. He left and went to Mr. Pizza.

Chapter 9

Joe slept, uneasily… seeing his demons going after him, killing him, hurting him. Joe woke up screaming. He looked around, quickly to make sure only his brother was there. Frank was gone. Joe was scared when he heard footsteps running toward his door. Joe jumped out of bed, crying when he felt his leg twist under him in pain.

"JOSEPH HARDY, you get into that bed right now!" Laura Hardy called out.

Joe stopped listening to her a long time ago. She always punished him when he told about Tony and made sure he wouldn't tell anyone else. They were into it all together. Joe fell onto the floor and scrambled away from Laura Hardy, the one who gave him life. Fenton came into the room, seeing Joe trying to get away form his wife and intervened.

"Joe, are you okay?" Joe demanded.

"Where's Frank? I want Frank!"

Fenton could see his youngest son was angry. "Frank went home to shower and change. He'll be back soon."

Joe scowled as his father helped him up and into the bed. "I don't want to see Laura any more, not even Tony!!" Joe demanded as Laura stepped closer.

Fenton felt his temper flare but held it back. "Why Joey? She's your mother!"

Joe pushed Fenton away, yelling for a nurse, who ran in quickly. Joe was angry, yelling and screaming at his parents, "I HATE YOU! I WILL HATE YOU FOREVER. FUCK OFF!!!!!! LEAVE ME ALONE, GET OUT YOU BITCH! GET OUT!" The nurse attempted to hold Joe back when he got up but Joe pushed her out of the way, "YOU FUCKING DESERVE TO DIE YOU BITCH. I WISH I WAS NEVER BORN!!!!!"

Joe felt a hand on his shoulder, whirling around but falling, he saw Frank. Joe cried out, "Frank, please don't leave me! I promise I'll be good." he pleaded as he felt his world tip.

Frank caught his brother as he fell and helped him onto his bed. Joe soon fell asleep. Frank couldn't figure out where this was coming from. Joe was acting oddly for days now. Maybe Joe would talk when he is better.

Chapter 10

(This story contains scenes of abuse and mental abuse)>

One week passed and Joe was in his room sleeping in the afternoon. He had come back home three days before after healing well enough to get out of the hospital. He never said anything about his uncle Tony's abuse yet but it was killing him inside. Three more days, and it would be his birthday. Joe was scared of his birthday now. He cancelled his party and stayed away from everyone. Frank tried to get Joe to talk for several days, asking about past bruises and such years ago. Joe made excuses for everything. His uncle left him alone for awhile and Joe was grateful. His mother stayed away, and Joe stayed in his room.

"Joey," a soft whispered voice called out.

Joe stirred, hearing a noise, but didn't hear it again and fell back asleep. The voice called out again and a tall figure entered Joe's bedroom. Joe didn't move on his bed. The figure shut Joe's door shut, locking it from behind. He approached Joe and covered Joe's mouth as he pulled Joe toward him. Joe's eyes snapped open in a panic, seeing his uncle. He tried to scream. His uncle slapped him hard across the face, "Your brother is getting suspicious of you boy! I'll teach you a lesson on how to act!"

Joe panicked as he tried to push his uncle off the bed. His uncle grabbed him, stuffing his mouth with a sock. Joe tried to spit it out but his uncle held him down as he took out a roll of duct tape and taped Joe's mouth shut. He wrapped the tape around his head several times. Joe couldn't breathe! He tried to breathe but couldn't. Only a small amount of air went into his sore lungs. He was thrown onto his bed, and Joe scrambled off the other side, running for his door. He was pulled from behind, and Joe felt a fist hit his stomach. Joe moaned as he went to his knees. He looked up at his uncle and started to cry as his uncle lifted him up and sat him on the bed. Joe gave up as his uncle moved his hands to his belt buckle. He felt his hands undoing them as Joe quaked with fear.

"I waited a long time Joey. I waited till you were big and strong. But you were never strong, were you? You’re weak, a brat. No one loves you! Isn't that true!?" His uncle pulled Joe's pants off and continued to speak, "You are ugly. No women or man would ever want you. The world let you live. You should've died boy, years ago! No one loves you!" Joe shook his head as he was forced over his bed, feeling his uncle's hands on his ass. He whimpered in terror. "But when I'm finished with you boy, no one will want to touch you! I promise boy! I'm getting my present while I can."

Joe couldn't let him do this, and he struggled.

'God please, help me! Not me… please. Don't let this happen, save me' Joe prayed as a finger entered him.

"No one cares enough to stop me Joey! You are mine, always."
