The Venus features an extensive list of amenities for its residents. Please click on the list of items below for more information. We attempt to keep the information up to date or accurate. The information should not be relied upon and should be independently verified. Other sources of information include the Concierge, Resident Manager, Property Manager, or Strata Council. 24-Hour Concierge and Resident Manager
The Venus offers 24-Hour Concierge service and live-in building management. All bookings for the rentals of Guest Suites, Ballroom and Party Room should be made through the Resident Manager between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday. Please contact the Concierge for last minute bookings during the Resident Manager’s off hours.

Business Centre
Located on the second floor, the Business Centre provides business facilities including desks and meeting table. The Business Centre is not available after 11:00 p.m. everyday.
Ballroom
Located on the Lobby level, the Ballroom features a hardwood dance floor, baby grand piano, and bar facilities. The Ballroom is not available after 11:00 p.m. everyday. The Ballroom may be reserved for private functions for a small fee and damage deposit. Please contact the Concierge or Resident Manager for more information and other conditions.
Party Room					Top
Located on the second floor, the Party Room features a gas fireplace, pool table, foosball table, table tennis, and bar facilities. The Party Room is not available after 11:00 p.m. everyday. The Party Room may be reserved for private functions for a small fee and damage deposit. Please contact the Concierge or Resident Manager for more information and other conditions.
Media Room
Located on the second floor via the Party Room, the Media Room is a theatre-style entertainment room featuring an overhead projector television, theatre sound system and VCR. The Media Room may be reserved for a four-hour period at no-charge. Please contact the Concierge for more information and other conditions.
Guest Suites
Located on the second floor, the Venus offers two Guest Suites. The suites are offered on a first-come first-serve basis to the residents of the Venus. Please contact the Concierge or the Resident Manager for more information about booking requirements, rules, fees, damage deposits and other conditions.
Exercise Room
Located on the Lobby level, the Exercise Room features weight machines, a treadmill, Lifecycles, and free-weights. The Exercise Room has restricted access after 11:00 p.m. Please contact the Concierge for more information about after-hours access.
Pool Area
Located on the Lobby level via the Exercise Room, the Pool Area features an 80’ lap pool, whirlpool, sauna, and two changing rooms with showers. The Pool Room has restricted access after 11:00 p.m. and is closed for cleaning Thursday evening-Friday morning. Please contact the Concierge for more information about after-hours access.
Visitor Parking
The secured visitor parking lot is access from the lane on the north-side of the building. This is the P2 level. The security gate can be opened using the entry-phone system by pressing “9” on your telephone. Vehicles must display a Visitor Parking Pass. There is a 12-hour parking limit. For more information, please refer to the Building Rules and By-Laws or contact the Concierge.
Car-Wash Area					Top
The Car-Wash Area is located on the P2 level, adjacent to the garbage area. The Car-Wash Area provides a covered area with a water hose and vacuum cleaner for washing your car. This area is offered on a first-come first-served basis. Please contact the Concierge to open and close the overhead door to the Car-Wash Area.
