Welcome to Miniopolis, a bustling city poised on the brink of ruin. After getting fired from your job as a window washer, you stumble upon Daddy BigBucks’ devious plot to take over the city. To thwart his evil schemes you have to get access throughout the city by building up your reputation to become the biggest “player” in the city; ultimately making it to that deluxe penthouse in the sky.

Welcome to the unofficial website of the videogame THE URBZ for Gameboy Advance and Nintendo DS. Here you will find walkthroughs, reviews, tips and secret, etc. on the game. It's my first website so if you think it's crap, then I got an excuse. Anyway,if you have any queries or just want to contribute email me at thomas1987@gmail.com.

1st March 2005

Added house exterior section. I have also broken my record for the longest time without updating...been very busy!!!

28th January 2005

Regulars to this site might have noticed updates are becoming rarer. That's because the majority of the things on this site has been completed. I will also admit that there really isn't much left to add to this site. Also university has prevented me from making more frequent updates. If you have any suggestions for this site please email me (thomas1987@gmail.com)

IGN has recently reported that The Urbz 2 will be scheduled for Xbox and Xbox 2. While there has been no mention of a GBA or DS version, given EA's history of support for mulitplatform consoles, it is very likely the game will be in development for handhelds too. However there has been no official announcement from EA so this is just rumors.

Finally I would like to show off another email I've received from the developer of The Urbz Game:

Hey there... Thomas? Fantastic Urbz site... I don't think we've ever had someone devote this much time to a single one of our games. We're honored, truly. On a personal note, I'd love to see more examples of people's houses... though I realize people have to resort to shady means to get a good image (Emulators!... tsk tsk.) In any case, well done!

Cheers,

23rd January 2005

Small update on the Conversation Guide (added 3 new urbz).

21st January 2005

The Conversation Guide has received a big update. It took me a long time and was very boring and tedious to do. So be patient, it will take a while to complete. A very big thanks to Orange Wave and Roger for the contributions and also to Allura for designing the conversation templates for me!

19th January 2005

Updated all the DS walkthroughs

16th January 2005

Added a new code section, thanks to EGM and some users at Gamefaqs. I've also added two new reviews by Alleging Sword and Digimax and fixed some errors from the site.

8th January 2005

The site has been recoded (thanks to Allura) so it now loads faster. Also added a scrollbar, unfortunately all the stuff I did after 20th December is now gone. I'm currently trying to learn html codes (which I think it difficult), so if updates are slow this is the reason why.

20th December 2004

I wish you all a M E R R Y C H R I S T M A S and a happy new year. Coming soon... the site will be slightly redesign by Allura. The changes might be so small you might not even notice.

19th Decemeber 2004

Found out I haven't updated for a week so I'll just post this message to make it seem like this site is up-to-date.
Now...

12th December 2004

Rep Groups Guide and Mission S guide is now up thanks to blahzer and Orange_Wave

11th Decemeber 2004

I've added another completely new DS walkthrough by Orange_Wave and AC Fanatic has almost finish his FAQ (hurry up! : P).He has completed all the missions section though (good boy) so check it out!

8th December 2004

DS guide updated, Minor update on mini games, added Recipe Guide section and conversation guide. Still need some reviews...

4th December 2004

Added a review and yes I am getting lazy. I might be doing a faqs on what to say to each character during conversation. In other news, I just received an email from Griptonite and I just thought I will show it off, here's what they said about this site

Hey there -- just wanted to see that you've got a great website, and all the programmers and artists here at Griptonite Games who worked on The Urbz DS and GBA think it's really well-done. Glad you're enjoying the game, keep up the great work!
