When it comes to food, make good choices.
By Aaron Loanzon
When the lunch bell rings everyone rushes out of class to get to the food lines before they get to long. While rushing have you ever stopped to think about how is this food healthy to you?
“We try to sell food that the students will like and is nutritious for them. The food is geared to be healthy but not everything is,” said Mike Furka, who runs the cafeteria sells complete lunches with milk for a $1.50.The food carts, which sell other things such as soda, pizza, and chips. The prices range from 25 cents to $2.50 each. “Everything is good for you but too much of one thing can be bad for you. Students don’t always make the best choices when it comes to choosing food” said Mr.Fruka.
Lunchtime should be a time to refuel. Breakfast may be the most important meal of the day but by the time lunch rolls around you begin to lose that fuel so you should eat good to restore energy. If you may feel tired. So you should eat a god lunch, if you eat a lot of sugar you will become hyper until you use that energy and afterward, you will become really tired.

Now that you know a little more about the health of the food, maybe you will choose your food more wisely. The food here is really not that bad for your health, you just have to be selective.
