Fun Fact: She was barely beaten out by Elizabeth Berkeley for the lead role in Showgirls. Which many feel was a good thing for her career. To the detractors of Showgirls I say, "Get Over It !" It wasn't that bad of a movie for what it was. For god's sake I don't think they set out to make Sophies Choice.
