ESSENCE of Health

  • E - Eat 3 normal sized nutritious meals (same time) daily
  • S - Supplement where there is a deficiency
  • S - Sleep 8 hours a day (preferably at the same times daily)
  • E - Exercise 25 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week
  • N - Naturally hydrate with clean water (8 glasses daily)
  • C - Cleanse the body regularly
  • E - Exclude anything harmful
