The cottage is fully furnished with laundry facilities, linens, towels and kitchen items. Outside it has a new 12' deep channel with 180' of concrete sea wall just 3 minutes from the main lake. You'll have access to multiple boat docks, fishing and swimming just 100' from the back door. You'll also enjoy the private 1/2 acre lot for parking your boat trailer, relaxing under the shade trees, or a game of volleyball.
Close to a variety of restaurants, marinas and gas/convience stores.
