The story of the very bad dentist in Delhi!

First I will print my recap of this story, and a copy of his receipt... Also a letter I sent to the US Embassy today, and that evening, written in panic and haste. India has a huge aids problem. These "dentists" are mixing the salvia, germs, and blood of all people who visit their clinic together with unhygenic practices! Following letter sent to newspapers, and US Embassy.

Hello, please read this information:

I have the correct name and address from the crook "dentist's" receipt, it is the first name at the top of my original email complaint. The one who gave the police my 1500 rupees last night, ruined my front tooth cap from the USA, and cut my healthy tooth stub, is working endangering the health daily of Indians and foreigners, is listed below with the information copied from the receipt. The "dentist" informed me, he personally will get the list of all the dentists from the US embassy, and prevent me from having my tooth repaired from any of them. I think these "dentists" are afraid they will be investigated, and the truth of this clinic known. I find this clinic dangerous.

Let me "recap" this event.
. My front tooth cap fell off because someone had hit me in the mouth a few weeks ago, loosening the cap (the Chamb police, "sorry, it was a mistake"). I went to a dental office I passed daily and enquired about having it glued back on.
First the woman "dentist" said no problem to glue the cap back on. I have had previous caps fall out, and they were reglued. One has been in 42 years, another one 34 years. She took the the cap from me. She tried it in my mouth, perfect fit. She claimed she needed to clean off a little bit. She drilled out the entire insides of my USA made tooth cap and ruined it, drilled off half my stump. The woman "dentist" held the empty cap on my tooth, announcing it will fall off in a day if she glues it on, or three days, or a month. Of course it will, she ruined it befoe my eyes. She had told me first she had to clean it before putting it back on, and purposely hollowed out the entire tooth, and reduced it's support by reducing my small tooth peg to hang it on. She tried to keep the American cap.
The woman "dentist" told me me a new one for 2000 rupees would last forever, be so superior to the USA tooth cap, would be better material, that my cap was inferior. I had that cap for over 15 years. I had eaten corn, ribs, chicken, hard bread, everything I wanted for 15 years with it. I never once had a problem. After ruining the US cap, she told me, she must "rebuild" my tooth. She immediately drilled off more of the stump which supported my cap, (and was perfectly fine), and put holes in the sides of it. I also wondered then if she ever changed her drill, water cup or gloves. A man "dentist" came and gave her directions. She put a glob of filling on the outside of my tooth, and drilled my tooth more. Then the male "dentist" drilled my tooth also, removing some of the stuff she had piled up on it. He also drilled the side of my next cap and my bottom teeth below in the process to add more injury.
The man "dentist" made a mold, also never cleaning any equipment. He put too much in the mold almost choking me, reaching in and pulling a huge glob to the side. They called other people into the office during this time, and sent me back and forth into the waiting room, working on at least 8 other people, taking them in and out, back and forth from the same chair, same equipment, and I realized, same gloves.
After I paid the 1500 rupees deposit to the man "dentist" there, I was told it will be a "worthless tooth". I can never eat with it, it woould be just for looks. He said biting ice cream even would break it instantly. They refused to return my USA cap at that point, saying they needed it. As I sat in the office listening to him, I realized I was correct, the woman "dentist" never once changed gloves or any equipment, she worked on several people as I watched. The man "dentist" told me for even MORE money I could have a real tooth made. I said I was told 2000 rupees gave me a lifelong tooth, by the woman"dentist". Why would I pay money, when I had a cap that already that fit, and worked, (but she had ruined)? I saw people went in and out rapidly, sat in the dental chair next to me, nothing was cleaned or changed. The "dentists" handle money, then mouths, stick their hands in everyone's mouths, never change the gloves or any instrument. The man "dentist" and woman "dentist" even leave the office, gloves still on, (bathroom also), and return with same gloves on. They refused to return the front tooth cap I had from the USA.
I knew they woud never touch me again. I can get hepatis, socail diseases, aids, anything from their touching everyones mouths, spit and blood, and using the same gloves, never once removing them. The man "dentist" yelled at me, was evil, when I wanted my US made tooth back.
I went back and asked for my tooth two days later. They said when I am worked on, I can have it back. When I returned for my appointment, I refused any "treatment". I asked for my money back. The "dentists" said I never had paid one rupee, threatened me and screamed, with ugly menacing looks. They pretended to call the police. I grabbed a tooth on his counter. I went outside, found a policeman, and policeman showed him the "dental" receipt. The policeman called for more police. Several police then showed up, with the dentist man screaming he had fixed their teeth too. One told me he had a front cap 3 years, and 60,00 rupees worth of trouble since with the cap.
The "dentist" was yelling he wanted the receipt back, and was keeping my money. He spoke only in Hindi to the police. Finally a man similiar in appearance to the dental man appeared. He said I give the "dentist" the cosmetic tooth I grabbed, I get all my money back. This man forced the yelling dentist to gave the 1500 rupees to the police. I was told, these police, "they are honest, give the tooth to the police, that they were going to put in my mouth to them, I get the american the tooth back", ( I was going to test it at a lab, to see the quality, after all I paid 1500 rupees for it), "and I will get all 1500 rupees back." I did. I got nothing back.
Then the"dentist" demanded the original receipt for the 1500 rupees, with the appointment information on it, also. I said I will write a receipt stating my money was returned. They demanded the slip, all proof I had been there to be their clinic. No way. Now they have my 1500 rupees money and the cosmetic tooth, plus they ruined my real tooth stub and my fake USA tooth (which they still have). The police held the money. I had been told, return the inferior tooth, and I get all my money back. I got nothing. The "dentists" had lied, and the police had lied about returning my money. The "dentist" forced the money into the hand of a bewildered looking policeman, to hold the money. This policeman told me "1,500 rupees was nothing to me, why did I need it"? He kept it for himself.
After I had been waiting for 2 hours, the "dentist" man wanted to close his shop. He had screamed at me over and over to the police, he wanted me arrested. For what?????? The older man, who looked like him, kept saying he loved the USA, not to call the embassy, I would get the money back, if I give them the receipt. The police told me to come to the station, if I want to complain. They were not making the "dentist" come.
I left to call the embassy. The older man followed me, came into the store 3 times, telling me not to complain to my embassy. I can have my money back. He did NOT give me any money. This is past 10:00pm. I told him to quit following me. Then he complained to everyone in the store. A few asked me if I needed help. When the storeman had him leave, he sent people from outside in to whine. I said I talk to no one. I see no money in my hand.
ONLY when I said I would call the embassy, did I even get a false offer of my money back. The "dentist" wants all my proof I was ever there, does not intend to return any of my money. He was very happy to get the inferior tooth back, which I have paid for. The alleged "dentist" then kept all my money, after promising to return it in exhange for the Indian made tooth. At least 5 police had sat in the room, assured me I would have the money for the tooth, one policeman holding all the money, BUT I got nothing. The police simply let the dentist do whatever he wanted. At one point the man "dentist" waved a trash pail with the gloves he and the "woman dentist" just had taken off, at me, and said that I should see all the gloves in it. Only the ones they just took off were in it. The man and woman "dentists" had worn them the entire I was there, handling money, sticking them in several mouths while I watched, even when they left the office, and came back, never taking them off.
The man on duty at the Enbassy last night, assured me, the USA protects citizens and I can file a complaint. I will make sure citizens of the USA are aware of how much help the US embassy really is. I give permission to use this information in any newspaper or agency to expose and prevent future occurances of this practice. I asked for legal proof if they were really dentists, they had none. Instead the man and women, who call themselves dentists, just screamed, "how dare I ask for proof".
I feel the Indian government needs to look into this pair. Today on the Indian tv news, the discussion on aids said, how rampant it was in India. I only hope that those gloves in my mouth held no future bad surprises for me. This mistake could easily cost me my health, or even my life, and the lives of many other people also.

I wish to add, that since this event, I found out, neither person is a dentist, neither has any training. They are doing "rootcanals" on everyone who enters their office. They launder money for a living, are well known criminals linked to the police. The man followed me both night and day, everywhere I went for 2 weeks. I came out of a different detist office, far away, there he was. He even followed me in traffic, putting his rickshaw next to mine.

After 2 weeks I went to a packed market near the red fort. I did not see him. I left my film at an hour developer. A man came in and argued in Hindi with the owner. I heard the word "tourist" many times. Out of 45 pictures I left, 5 were printed, of nothing. The rest has smeared negatives. I had been followed, the pictures of the man, women and clinic, police, were destroyed. Every time I must go to Delhi, this short man with glasses, makes his presence known. He spies on me from corners, finds reasons to walk up to me to talk to people near me. I have been told he is very dangerous.

A man is waiting outside for me, that is in a fight with me. I called the embassy already, and I had spoken to the police. Twice he came into the store where I phoned the embassy.
Here is todays horror story: I was attacked by the Chamba police, my front tooth cap was infected from being hit in the mouth, a lump was on my gum, then it healed, but was loose. I ate corn and the cap fell out. I asked the embassy for a list of dentists, but it was a weekend, so I would not be answered for a day or two. I asked a dentist I passed if she would glue it back in. She said no problem, could do it now. I come back, give her the cap. She promply digs the inside, then cuts off half my tooth, tells me it will not fit.
Then offers to give me a new tooth for 1500 rupees that will last my life.. so I said ok. She puts curd on my tooth. A man then tells me I must pay 1500 rupees now. I do, but they refuse to give back my american cap, I kept asking. The man says the tooth will be only for looks, if I bite even ice cream it will break. I watched them, they never changed thei gloves, drills, water cup. My mouth had everyones' spit. I had been worked on, then sent to another room several times........ I came back and asked for my tooth back, they said they needed it to match color. I was afraid to say I would never come back for work, that then my tooth would be gone.

Someone said the woman is not even a dentist. I came back, on appointment time. I asked to have my tooth, he was upset, gave it to me. I said I want my money back, because why would I have a useless tooth put in my mouth. He started threatening me and screaming I had never paid a penny to him, and owed him. I refused to leave. He pretended to call the police several times, trying to get a hold of freinds....... then I went out and got a policeman. He listened. More came, then more police. Finally a man came who was in some connection with the "dentists". He said give back the indian tooth and will get my money back. So I get the tooth, and then they refused to give back the money. I was taking it to a lab to check the quality. They then demanded the receipt. I said I will write one that I got all the money back. They can check my passport even to see if it is me. They refused, they want that receipt very badly. Now he had the Indian tooth and my money. The policeman held the money all the time. I had taken pictures of the woman and the clinic front. They wanted the photos too.......... I refused. After two hours of the "dentists" demanding the police arrest me, the police were bored, and wanted to go back to the station. Not the dentist was going, only take me.
I left, walked away to a store with a phone, and called my US embassy, and am writing this letter. The people are lurking outside this cyber store door. One came in twice. Then he whined to the person in charge to have me come out. People in here, asked me if I needed help. I am worried.
