I think Leigh appreciated my company because he realised by then that my love for him was unconditional.  We somehow managed existense.  For example,  when we were working on Steve Blame´s Mtv show,  ´Take The Blame´,  a real twilight existence.  Leigh would get a costume together and I would start to sequin it.  I´d work through the night to get it finished and Leigh would go out with other people.  I´d still be sewing when he came back, still be sewing when he came back.  This lasted about three months, day in, day out.                                                                Nicola Bowery in  interview by Cerith WYN EVANS
