             About the Renfrew County Legal Clinic.

       Renfrew County Legal Clinic is an independent not for profit corporation and is run by a board of directors
               made up of people who work or live in Renfrew County, they are elected by the members of the clinic

               The Clinic is staffed by laywers, support staff and volunteers. All help is private and confidential.

               The Clinic provides free legal services to residents of Renfrew County who face economic limitations,
               it acts as a resource groups that help lower income residents, participates in law reform, provides
               speakers and educational material on sujects relating to legal problems of lower income residents and
               provides legal advice over the phone when possible.

Our Mission:

To promote access to justice for low income people of Renfrew County with the aim of promoting a just society.

Profile

The Renfrew County Legal Clinic was established in 1986. Our main office is in Renfrew, with a
permanent satellite office in Pembroke and monthly clinic days in Deep River, Arnprior and Barry's Bay.

We have four lawyers and two support staff as well as the help of volunteers.
