the plot: Spider-Man is able to stop the new Prowler, and learns that he's an orderly named Rick Lawson, who stole the hospitalized, original Prowler's, suit. Later, Spidey has to save the new Prowler from a vengeful Vulture, who wants revenge on the Prowler and doesn't care which one.

The D.K back up story concludes with Spidey sharing his pain over losing a brother (Ben Reilly), and D.K stepping down and returning to his cell.
