the plot: Norman Osborn wants to start the Gathering of Five in order to gain absolute power. When the Technomancers, who pocess one of the shards necessary to start the ritual, don't wish to get involved, Osborn sends Override there to collect it. Spider-Man gets involved, but can't stop Override from getting away with the shard. At Osborn's offices, Override asks Osborn for a spot during the ceremony to get the power to save his ailing wife, which he is granted. Meanwhile Mary Jane recieves a very interesting phone call that may jump start her modelling career.
