JOHAN states that Allegation No. 6 concerns violations that occurred at the time Albert Means made an unofficial and official visit to the University. Basically Johan & Alabama agree. However Marie wants to point out that The University is not certain that Means received a lunch at no cost, but that is pretty much irrelevant. She goes on to state "It is more likely that they received a post-game meal on the unofficial visit, but I just wanted to make that point." Marie also points out that Alabama has updated policies and procedures forms that "we have kind of made some corrections on, obviously, because of this."
