To gain membership status a person must be sponsored by 2 people on the Crimson Reign Round Table, take the oath, and pay the yearly dues. 

Members must abide by the Crimson Reign Code of Conduct.  Members who break the code of conduct are subject to disciplinary action and/or removal. Disciplinary action will be decided by a majority vote of the Crimson Reign Round Table. 

If you believe you would like to become a member, we suggest you attend a few of our meetings, attend a couple of events, and post on the message board.  Then approach one of the members of the Crimson Reign Round Table and ask for sponsorship. You may also apply for sponsorship by email ( the_crimson_reign@yahoo.com ).  Once two Round Table members agree to sponsor you and you take the oath and pay the dues, you are a member.

Membership includes:
    Admission to private club events.
    A token of membership.
    First chance at negotiated room rates and specials for road games and events.
    Good food and Fellowship.
    A Quarterly Newsletter (hopefully posted on the net)

Membership dues are $20 a year due at the time of induction and/on Jan 15 each year. New members that join in December are considered the next years members.

The Crimson Reign Round Table is a 9 member council that is elected from the membership.  Every year on Jan 15 (except for 2001) or the next meeting date 3 seats on the council become available.  Everyone that wants to be included in the election must submit there entry to the current Round Table before Dec. 1 of the previous year. A majority vote of the entire membership will decide the seats.  If in the event a seat becomes vacant in mid term, the Round Table has the right to appoint a successor for that seat to fulfill the remainder of the term. A seat cannot be vacated until a successor has been appointed.  If a seat becomes available, it is a members responsibility to let the Round Table know of the desire to become a Round Table member.
