"Speaking of "Collecting a Doll", it seems like not a boy's hobby."
It was 1996 , I guess, while I was walking in the store and saw the Toy-Show decorated with pink ribbons. As I walked into the event, I saw beautiful dolls were well-arranged on the shelves. I have no much idea about those dolls, but I did ask the price. And I was stunned by the price. Some of them were even over 300 dollars. I asked myself
"who is going to buy a doll which costs you over 300 bucks".
BUT Gees, only god knows that was the first time I was charmed by the beautiful face of barbie doll. As you may remember a barbie doll from late 70's. Right, we called it as "Super Star" Sculped face. You can see her big big smile (I can even feel she has a cloth-hanger in her mouth). But that's not the quality you can find in Barbie these day. Now she has a closed-mouth with mature face and body. Anyway, I did not buy a doll on that event. After the event, I dreamt about a doll, she has a tender smileing face with sparkle deep blue beads on her cloth. And a big silver moon goes around her body. I love that. And I remember I saw her in the toyshow. The year after I tried to find that doll, but desperately I cannot find her. She was sold out. That's what the first time to remind me that I should buy what I really want at the moment, not to sought after. I started buying Barbie dolls since then. And I've got
my "MOON GODDESS" three years later.
She is truly beautiful. Hundreds of Swarovski Crystals on her cloth made a new head-turn doll. My father bought it on my birthday.
