It has a red and  round shape same as a small tomato size.  The smooth red skin need to be removed and the flesh sweet and juicy.  It's contain the black stone inside the flesh and it's not eaten.    

They are grown  in the northern part of Thailand such as Chiangmai and Chiangrai.
LYCHEE season and the best time for tasting  is from April to June.
