The Crisis Empire, a band of villains from different planets, made their mark by enslaving planets and using them for combat purposes.The following comprise the Crisis Empire:
General Jak
Ruthless warlord who leads the invasion against Earth. Also,leads over the the four unit leaders as explained below. Later transformed by Lord Crisis into Jakmedora(Jakmurderer?!) In Saban's Masked Rider, he is called Count Dregon(a very original name, if you ask me)
Gatezone
Panzer Captain of the Demon Robot Unit(Kaimarobo Daitai). In Masked Rider, he is called Cyclopter.
Maribaron
Venom-Moth Colonel of the Demon Spirit Clan Unit(Kaimatozoku). Uses feathers as shurikens(like Condor Joe of Gatchaman)to control demon creatures or to kill. In Masked Rider, she is called Nefaria.
Bosgan
Naval Captain of the Demon Manbeast Unit. In Masked Rider, he is called Doubleface.
Gedorian
Fang Captain of the Demon Otherworld Lifeform Unit.In Masked Rider,his name is Gork.
Colonel Tasmadder
Investigator for the Crisis Empire. First appeared in episode 28. Was also the host body for...

The villains of Black
Personally, when you see these guys, you have good reason to hate these guys, since this is the syndicate responsible for doing something bad to Kotaro's parents.. Something about a car accident that was mentioned by Kotaro's stepfather in the first episode of KRB has something to do with this..
Golgom
Golgom is a syndicate, as mentioned, includes many rich industrialists bent on bringing the 'Eon of Golgom'(might as well say the end of the world as we know it). Ruled by the unseen Eon King(Shoseioh). The following are the three major worshippers of Golgom..
Dalom
Leader and my guess, the strongest of the three Golgom priests. Possesses telekinetic powers.The picture alongside his normal form is his mutated form after Shadow Moon's awakening.
Balaom
Brooding Golgom priest with a green mask. Shoots electric bolts from his mechanical hands.The picture shown here is his mutated, bestial form after Shadow Moon's awakening.
Beshium
Female Golgom priestess. As seen in picture above, her face is a transparent mask. Shoots fire beams from her eyes. The picture shown here is her mutated form.
All of the above priests are able to float through the air.
Belgenia
The "Holy Knight" of Golgom. Dressed in red armor, he is Black's major nemesis and battled Kamen Rider Black to a standstill until episode 35, where he was slain by Shadow Moon. First to wield the deadly SatanSaber.
Eon King (Shoseioh)
The leader of the Golgom syndicate. This enigmaic being stays behind the scenes until the final episode. The Eon King's true form is a giant mutated heart.
Other Golgom members
The Golgom syndicate allow humans to join their association. Unfortunately, the membership comes at a very high price. Most humans are willing to become Golgom mutants, which can live for 5,000 years.
These are the following human members of Golgom:
Professor Soichiro Akizuki
Nobuhiko's and Kotaro's father. He was a specialist in ancient ruins. He and Masato Minami(Kotaro's real father)was approached by Golgom to help them with their failing business. Prof. Akizuki accepted, and eventually sold Kotaro and Nobuhiko to the syndicate, where they would operate on them to become Century Kings. Feeling overwhelmed by selling out his sons, Soichiro wanted out of Golgom, but at the cost of his own life.
Hideomi Kuromatsu
Nobel prize winning scientist. Becomes a mutant himself later in the series. Has interchangeable body parts in order to experiment on humans and creating them into mutants.(Yes, that is our old friend Hayata, Ultra fans!)
Ryuzaburo Sakata
Politician who leads the EP political party.
Yukari Tsuiikage
Yukari was a beautiful actress who was also part of Golgom. She unintentionally mentioned about Kotaro's and Nobuhiko's fate as Century Kings. That mistake also cost Yukari her life at the hands of Golgom.
Shadow Moon
Real name: Nobuhiko Akizuki. For some reason, Toei doesn't really qualify him as a villain, although he fights KRB. Dressed in silver armor, he is the other Century King aside Black Sun(Kamen Rider Black). Like Kotaro, he was fitted with the King Stone that made him into Shadow Moon. Awakens in episode 35 and immediately kills his predcessor, Belgenia. He is the second to wield the deadly SatanSaber, which can also weaken Black. At first, he encourages Kotaro to rejoin him with the Eon King, then after KRB refuses, he goes out to eliminate him. Shadow Moon also appears in Black RX for a couple of episodes. (This is the part that really drove me away from Saban's Mashed Rider): In Masked Rider, Shadow Moon was called Robo Rider.(All together now...AAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!) Excuse me, Saban, but that name was supposed to go to the one you renamed Masked Rider Super Gold!
