Born February 3rd in Birmingham, Alabama to Reverend and Mrs. Dennis Edwards Sr., he began singing as a toddler, just two years old, in his fathers' church. By 1961 he had organized his own group "Dennis Edwards and the Fireballs." Five Years later, he joined the recording group "The Contours." His Temptations career began in 1968 when he was selected as the replaement for lead singer Mr. David Ruffin. "Everyone wondered what would happen, because David was HUGE." said Mr. Edwards in one radio interview.

The public was not to be disappointed. With the presence of Mr. Edwards, The Temptations enjoyed some of their most remarkable achievements. Beginning with a long string of #1 Hit records, such as....Papa Was a Rollin' Stone ...Memories...Psychedelic Shack...Ball of Confusion...Cloud Nine...Can't Get Next to You...and many, many more. Then the first Grammy award, which was also the first for MOTOWN Records, was won by The Temptations with Dennis Edwards as lead singer. that first award launched a succession of awards that culminated in....Fourteen Gold Albums....Seven Grammy Nominations and....Five Grammy Awards

Utilizing his unique style, and smooth delivery, Mr. Edwards is known as one of the most influential singers in the history of Pop music. His 1989 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and his 1999 induction into the Alabama Hall of Fame confirm this fact. The sales of over 100 million recordings move audiences across the generations, from preteen to mature citizen.

DAVID SEA

Born March 17th in Birmingham, Alabama Mr. Sea began singing as a youngster with the gospel group "The Johnson Harmonaires", which also included his brother. After returing from the army, he formed his own group "David C. & The Question Mark." From that point there was no question how far this talented performer could go. Recording first on T-Jaye records then producing several hit albums on Birmingham's own "Magic City" Label. In 1989 he joined Ruffin/Kendricks/Edwards, touring with these three GREAT 'Temptations' LEGENDS until after the untimely deaths of David Ruffin and Eddie Kendricks. Mr. Sea went on to record more Hit solo albums and spent several years staring in successful Stage Plays. The fantastic Mr. Sea has now returned to the Temptations Review, keeping the memory of David Ruffin and the 'Classic Five' forever in our hearts and minds. MIKE PATILLO

With roots Deep in music, Mr Patillo began singing at the age of four in the church where his mother was choir director. His father studied piano at Wayne State University, as well. He continued singing at the glee club in his school, finally forming his own group at the ripe "old" age of eleven. In those days he was a tenor, when he turned thirteen that voice went down to a deep base. Mr. Patillo established the group "The Special Five" in 1973, ultimately signing with Electra/Aslyum Records, scoring a hit with "Why Leave Us Alone" in 1979. Mr. Patillo's rich deep baritone is a voice you will not quickly forget.

BERNARD GIBSON

Born in Detroit, Michigan, Mr. Gibson began singing in elementary school. His first professional performance came when he was only eight years old, at the famed "20 Grand" nightclub. Later he joined the group "The Five Special" and now contributes his unique and dynamic vocal talents to "The Temptations Review"

CHRIS ARNOLD

Singing with his family's gospel Group at the very young age of 5, Mr. Arnold began his professional singing career. In 1969 he organized the singing group "Symbol of Love". Joining "The Temptations Review" in 1992, Mr Arnold's vocal contributions greatly enhance the legendary sound we all know and love.
