Temple Beth El is affiliated with both the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (the Conservative Movement) and the Union for Reform Judaism (the Reform Movement). Our membership is comprised of approximately 85 families who live mostly in Midland and Odessa, Texas although we have members living in other surrounding cities such as Crane, Ft. Stockton, Monahans, Pecos, Big Spring, San Angelo, and Hobbs, New Mexico. Our Friday Night services begin at 8:00 p.m. but be sure to check our Monthly Calendar first to see if we have services that week. Religious School, on Sundays, and Wednesday School is operative from August to May. We have an active Sisterhood, Hadassah, B'nai B'rith, and ATEED Youth Group with activities all throughout the year. Our congregation, although limited in size, has exciting programs of both educational and social nature for any age member.
