Chef Julie Steinberg’s BBQ Rib Appetizer

2 pkgs Short Ribs

Garlic Powder

1 cup Katchup

1 ½ Cups of Cola

 

Sprinkle ribs liberally with garlic powder. Mix Katchup & Cola in a bowl. Pour over Ribs and cover. Bake in a 325 degree oven for
3 - 4 hours. Makes 4 – 6 servings.
