More pictures and family stories to follow as our happy family grows!
Dear Rosie, I just wanted to give you a short update on the pup we purchased from you thru Faye Dilbeck in Sept. We named her Missy Girl.. she's CKC registered.... (her daddy is Tee Tiny and her momma is Brenda Lee) and she now weighs 6 and 1/2 pounds (born 6/27/03).  I'm sure you will remember her...black and brown with white chest.  Anyway, she has adjusted extremely well to her new home in Sam Rayburn (Brookeland), Texas. She has a great personality and we couldn't be more pleased with her intelligence and great desire to please. She is an extremely quick learner..... loves to use her doggie door to be very independent and housebroken, plays fetch and retrieve, rides a golf cart/and 4 wheeler with my husband and I, loves to "hunt" squirrels, and travels well in the car. Next spring she gets to go out on the boat with us. She has certainly filled a big void in our lives since we had to put Ladybug (our Peke for 15 years) to sleep on 7/29. I feel her great disposition and the personality she is developing had a great start with you  folks!! THe care your give is very apparent. Thank you so much for our "little angel"..she is truly an answer to prayer  for two aching hearts that have missed  their Lady soooo much. When I get  pictures developed, I will send some.  I don't have a scanner with my computer so it probably  won't be on the internet but via the mail.  Keep up the interesting newsletters and the good work with the Pekes. Sincerely yours,  Nina

I finally got some pictures developed with Gizmo (the boy we got from you) in them and I thought you might like to see him.  We went to Missouri to pick up our last two females and now our little family is complete.  They are all so wonderful and Gizmo is a little feisty boy and he loves to play with them all.

He is very independent, but he can't quite jump up on things yet, so when you help him he gives a little growl, but then seems just fine getting all cuddly.  And he is very smart, too!  Right now they are all crashed on the floor sleeping.  Anyway, thanks again!

Rosie,

I have enclosed a picture of Pookie, Gizmo and one of the other females I got.  I think I had sent you one previously of Gizmo and the third female.  One of the girls is a blonde color (not quite sure the appropriate color name) and the other is sable colored with some fawn.  She is also very tiny- she is 5 days younger than Gizmo but about half his size!  (Her name is Munchkin.)

They are all doing excellent and they are so well behaved that I can just let them out into the yard (I live in the country) and they just play for awhile and I say "in" and they come back to the door.  Of course Gizmo being the boy is very stubborn and he will lay down at the bottom of the steps and refuse to come in unless you get him yourself.  He is also the ONLY one that clearly knows to use the puppy pads for both functions- I am very impressed by that because Pookie- my first girl- was actually paper trained when I got her, but Gizmo does better than she does.

Well, just wanted to update you and reiterate how happy we are with Gizmo- he's so adorable and when we have company he is the friendliest and tends to be everyone's favorite.
If you bought your pet from us and would like pictures of it and others (same shot) on this website, please e-mail, or snail mail them to us. You cannot place anything on this site. We are glad to do that for you.  Larry and Rosie @  Golden Paws

Dear Sunpekes- I havent't sent you any pictures of Missy as I promised I
would do.
I purchased her from you in Sept.of 2004. Faye Dilbeck (who
lived in Tenn. at the time and had previously purchased Babee) brought
her to us in Texas. I hope you remember her.  I wanted you to see Missy
swimming in Sam Rayburn Lake. Missy was 2 years old June 27 and needless
to say, she is  a super individual...irreplaceable!

Fondly yours, Nina West
Did you buy a dog from us?
Is it doing well? We would love to show others your pictures and comments right here. Digital prefered, but we can scan clear snaps.
Sorry but we can not return snaps.
WE get Letters
Rosie,
I just sent a picture but didn't know for sure it got there.  I sent it
through the work email
and it is so sensitive it might have blocked it.  You can email me back
if you go it.  We love her so much.  She is the most precious little
thing, but has a huge spirit and attitude.
I'm so glad I bought her!
Thanks, D. K.      Sept 12 2005

Thanks to all our friends! It's great to hear our dogs are doing well in fine homes, and are making people happy.
Dear Rosie,

Of course you may use the photos.  I'm taking lots of them like any proud papa!  We've named them "BonBon" (formerly Cuddles) and "Sugar Baby."  They are adjusting well, especially Sugar Baby who should be named The Energizer Bunny!  I'm feeding tiny BonBon three times a day until he gets a stronger constitution.  He's not very active and sleeps most of the time, which I'm sure is due to being the runt, but he's a real sweetheart and licks my hand.  His brother bites fingers and everything else, (must be teething?) and sometimes bites his little brother's ear and makes him yelp, which we stop right away.  Mostly they are angels, especially when sleeping cuddled up next to each other and Sugar Baby likes to clean BonBons face and chin after meal time.  BonBon sucks his food more than eats it, so we are going to get some puppy milk replacement and use that to soak his puppy chow so he gets enough protein (Nancy's recommendation).

Mrs. St. G LOVES them both dearly, although she may worry too much like a good mother hen, but they won't suffer for lack of anything, I can assure you.  We are very glad, Rosie, that we found "Goldenpaws Kennel".  Incidentally, "Sugar Baby" is so named in honour of our dear little Munch whom we often called "The Baby."

Best regards,

A St. G

Here is a current picture of Zoe. (11/17/05) She's always so active it's hard to get a picture of her where she does not look wild.  I will send along a couple others as well.  She's a wonderful, gentle dog, very easy going and good with kids and friendly with everyone.

Here we have "Mischief" a deliteful little fellow we traded for  in exchange for a  White male puppy we have called "Mikey"

Mischief earned his name with his antics with our Georgia friends. He is to become one of their breeders, and they are very impressed with him.

Thanks for the picture!
