¨      27% were big fans of Hello Kitty

¨     21.5% admitted they were attracted by the high resale price

¨      13.5% said they were following the trend

¨      62% did not think they would have sold the toy even for a profit

¨      22% were a little tempted to

¨      12% were adamant about not re-selling the toy

¨      4% were eager to sell it for a profit

¨      78% had prior commitments during their queue time

¨      22% were queuing in their free time

¨      77.5% thought our suggestion of offering privilege cards would be beneficiary

¨      8% felt McDonald’s should not offer goods that were likely to spark off a craze

¨      2.5% were satisfied with the way McDonald’s handled the situation

¨     Other suggestions were :

1.      “Offer services to people in the queue to keep us happy. Like sale of umbrellas, fans, or drinks”
