| Our organization is a group of teens dedicated to improving our community. We formed on January 26th 2004. We are in partnership with The Boys and Girls club, BowWest, and CIACY. |

| Bowness Employment Fair- We are currently organizing the bowness employment fair. It will take place on February 28th 2004 in the bingo hall of the bowness sportsplex. There will be presentations from The youth employment centre, and Generation next. There is activities for younger children and Free pop and popcorn. There will be doorprizes and a program will be handed out. |
| About Bowness’s battle of the bands: What- Bowness’s battle of the bands When- May 7th 2004 from 7-10 Where- Bowness Sportsplex address- 7904 43rd Ave NW Why-To celebrate youth week which is May 1-8 Events- Bands will perform through out the night to compete, a skateboard demo will be put on and the skateboard park will be open to the public if they wear a helmet and have a knowledge of risk form filled out and signed by a guardian if they are under the age of 18 (there will be no exceptions!!). There will also be basketball. Teams of three can sign up at the event to play in a tournament. Other- Chips, candy, and drinks will be sold. |

| Battle of the bands will take place June 3rd 2005 at the Bowness sportsplex (7904 43rd ave NW) The doors open at 6 ($3.00 adm) and the show will begin at 6:30. Unfortunatlly this year we will not have a skateboard park. The band that will be playing this year are: Orgainzed confusion, Kadeth, Rose over torn, voice in the crowd, The stolen, Bathing~In Sanity, The Chads, Misled youth, Athalia, and Serotonin. |
