Depression
Okay, for one thing there are many different kinds of depression.And Since I don't know which kind of Depression you have I can't really give you much advice.There are different ways to handle different kinds of depression. And as just being a teenager and I don't know them all. But I can tell you some things to do.
1. Talk to someone about it.
2. Try to get help
3. Contact your local or Family doctor and tell him or her about what's going on and maybe they can give you some meds. to help you out.
4. Take your time with everything you do, if you start to get frusterated just leave it and come back to it later.
Things like Depression don't heal overnite. It takes a lot of time and effort to help it.
