| Established way back in 1986, after Bob Sandford had watched the movie "Caddyshack" 99 times ... yes, that's right, 99 times! Ted Knight was, of course, cranky old Judge Smails in that ripper of a Golf movie, and when he died on Tuesday, August 26, 1986.... a game of Golf was arranged, but not any old tournament ... our very own tournament ... The Ted Knight Memorial Gof Invitational!!! Co-founder Val Pope, who has only watched the film a pathetic 40 times, has hosted all 23 tournaments with Bobby ... we look forward to the next one .. join us if you dare ... |
