-Regulations/ Requirements-

Setting New Standards
· Attitude, Sportsmanship, and Conduct in and out of the Competition Arena.
· Professionalism.
· Superior Martial Arts, Athletic, and Acrobatic Abilities.
· Maintain Minimum 3.0 GPA (Grade Point Average) or B average.
· Must do at least 2 of the following: Musical Form, Musical Weapons Form,
Traditional Form, Weapons Form, and Sparring.
· Ability to Travel Domestically and Internationally.
*Team PKD members are selected based on these criteria; however, meeting these requirements
do not assure a spot on Team PKD.

Upon completion of the evaluation process, you will be notified if you are
chosen to be a Team PKD Member. Once Team PKD Status is achieved,
each member must maintain a 3.0 GPA per quarter. Failure to do so will
result in temporary movement to Probation Status. As a result, team benefits
will be suspended until eligibility is met.
*We at Team PKD have devised these requirements in our efforts to promote martial arts, as
well as education.

Again, we are looking for well-rounded, outstanding individuals. As leaders
and role models we have an obligation to help develop the mind as well as
the physical aspects of a martial artist.

Required for New Members:

· School Report Card with teacher or counselor's signature and contact
information. Minimum GPA 3.0.
· Headshot, Martial Arts Photos, and Resume.
· 3 Letters of Recommendation. (Only one may come from your martial arts
instructor)
· Essay - Typed. No maximum length requirement. Must contain the following:
1. Why do you want to be on the team?
2. What can you contribute to the team?
3. What are your present and future goals in martial arts?
4.What are your present and future goals in life?
