Skipper Jouni Ronkainen in actionWelcome to the official website of Team England, England's first representatives at the Swamp Soccer World Championships, 2005.

In 1998 the first ever Swamp Soccer World Championships took place in Hyrynsalmi, Northern Finland, such was its success it has now developed into the biggest soccer tournament in the world. The Finnish FA governed the event last year, hosting a massive 260 teams representing nations Photograph courtesy of Swamp Socceracross the globe with the exception of the nation that invented the game, England. With the support of BUSA Champions Loughborough Students Athletic Union, we aim to put that right.

On this page you'll be able to navigate your way through the website finding detailed information about the tournament, our team, our sponsors and our coverage in the media in the lead up to the 2005 World Championships.
