Scavenger Hunt Point System
The idea behind this hunt is to get people out and to share things that they might not normally do and also the things they regularily do. It's to share pictures and stories. All you need to do is grab a camera and take some pictures then send them to me by email. The hunt starts as of Jan 1st of 2006 and goes until dec 31st 2006. New people are welcome to join at any time and can add any pictures to their points as long as they happened in 2006. No decision has been made on whether or not there will be prizes for most points and new rules and objectives WILL be added to as the hunt goes on. Rules
- (all points require a picture or reasonable proof that you did said event)
- (new rules must be approved by chris zwicker (bubbazwixxx@rogers.com here first please), rob gallant, corey roberston, mel cloney AND steph garland)
- (travels to other countries/continents does NOT include a country/continent you are a citizen of or work in)
- (videos are an additional 25 points for each objective)
- (originality and combinations are subject to additional evalutation for points)
Points System
5 points
- take a pitcure of an obvious tourist taking pictures
- go camping
- go puddle jumping
- dress up as a superhero and introduce yourself as that hero to random strangers
- picture of a mullet/fullet and a bonus 5 points if it's a skullet
- visit a psychic (different psychic each picture)
- have a toga party (one party in year)
- brew your own beer or wine
- ride a bicycle built for two
- karaoke
10 points
- get a picture with city landmark (bust me able to be proven online as a landmark of that city)(same landmark cannot be used twice by the same person)(original pics are an additional 5 points)(points to be altered)
- go to a local event (sports event and major local events included)
- build a website
- picture of a gunt
- dress as the opposite sex and go into public
- assist random person in need
25 points
- visit a city other than the one you live in (must be obvious proof you were in that city)
- sponsor a child
- start a band
- release an album
- host a dinner party (must be 5 or more people)
- do a road trip
- get thrown in the drunk tank
50 points
- do charity work
- organize event and complete it

- try (not normal meal) an exotic food other than your own country's own
100 points
- visit a country you don't live in
- enter into an event ie: terry fox run
250 points
- visit another continent
500 points
- invent and patent something
750 points
- climb a mountain
1000 points
- get a picture with a head of state
- get in the guiness book of world records
1,000,000 points*
- start a nuclear war
- prevent a nuclear war
- become head of state
- take over the world
*the 1,000,000 points objectives are a joke...unless of course I end up doing any of this...in that case i automatically win and you all will be ruled by my iron fist hehehe...just kidding...ENJOY!
