| Bookcrossing.com is a website. Members "release books into the wild" (leave books that they have finished reading in a public place for anyone to find.) The books are first registered with the site and labeled with a number. Then, whoever finds the book is encouraged to visit the website and record their experience with the book before passing it on to others in the same way. The finder can remain anonymous. Bookcrossers also share books with each other through the mail or by meeting in person. There are regular localmeet-ups the world over, and there is even a convention! Sound interesting?
