Ok...what started out as a fun project to make a small, child-sized helmet for my son turned into a bigger project and a learning experience.  I created molds and actually ended up making 10 copies of my original helmet.

I will be doing another run of buckets very soon.  If you are looking for a unique item for your child's Halloween costume, look no further.

Even if you don't have a kid, these helmets make awesome display pieces.

The cost for each kit is $60 plus shipping.

The kit comes unpainted with:

1 child-sized helmet
1 ear cap
1 aluminum antenna stalk
1 Range Finder
3 Mesh screens (for covering the keyslots and ear holes if you choose to cut them out)
You will have to provide your own visor.

Payment - 60$ plus shipping. I can accept Paypal (add 3% for fees), or money order. Shipping usually runs about $8 to $10 via USPS.  When available, the kits will ship as soon as payment is received (unless it is the weekend).  Right now, there is no stock so it will be a minimum wait of 2-4 weeks.

Sizing - I'm not sure what hat size this would be, but It is around 7 3/4" from front to back. I can actually get my head in it (I can't see out of it, but it'll fit over my noggin). I think my hat-size is 7 1/4".

Availability - Right now, I do not have any stock.  Please give me 2-4 weeks.

Email me here, and we can discuss any issues such as payment and shipping.

This particular bucket was painted by "Rogue Studios" on the TDH.  First off, this helmet turned out AWESOME.  Lee did a fantastic job painting this for me, and I wish I had half of his skills and know-how.  Check out the attention to detail on the dent and cheeks.  Will loves his new helmet!

Here is another beautiful helmet done by another TDH member that goes by the handle "Delta-9".
