8.14.06 The Third Annual Tarkio Dunes tour was yet another raging success! We performed for the Ukranians (in 1-3), "John Urich", the Sevens-and-Eights (con Paul Suh), a surfer, and some more fit boys, all while managing to not get sniped, die under a pile of leaves, or get sand in our holes! Plus we did some mad prancing in shallow water and beating off of the pants. Ma leg!

7.7.06 Wow, it has been a long time! Well, here's the update on Tarkio: We're done w/ Prospect (SUCKAS) and we also scammed D.Rog 'n Friends hard on photocopying. Soon after graduation, we embarked on the first ever Tarkio Disney Tour, and we pretty much took florida by storm (esp. Edgar, Chip and Dale, Robert, etc). Next, we got lost in mount prospect, got ROBBED at the annual Tarkio Water Fights, and rocked it w/ our fellow bands Libido Funk Circus and Infinity. And tomorrow, the biggest freakin' event of the year is going down: Wait for it...... the TARKIO GRADUATION FIESTA! Pinatas on the hour, every hour, and of course sweet sweet mariachi (sure, we could have played, but we need a break after all those tours). Basically, Tarkio is continuing to kick arse at all times! Stay tuned for news about the 2006 Third Annual DUNES TOUR!

11.21.05 WHOA i have not updated in a long time. probably becuz i have been dying of school-related illnesses. but basically, tarkio is still going strong and it still beats the pants off Rumaj. ("explanation! explanation!") i'm hoping for a rumaj-tarkio reunion (not that we ever united in the first place) at Backyardapalooza 2006. there, we will play our standard repertoire (Boho Rhapso, Prancing in Shallow Water, Nobody in My School Knows Me, etc.) in addition to an HP remix of "Seizure to the Right" entitled "Crucio to the Right!" Be there or be square! Or is it hip to be square? No one really knows... and on a final note: GOYOUKNIGHTSOFPROSPECTGETRIGHTINANDWIN THATGAMEWINORLOSEWE'REWITHYOUANDWE'LLC HEERYOUONTOFAMEU!RAH! etc. etc.

8.31.05 yay new layout! that's how much time i have on my hands right now, it's almost disgusting. and yes i know this layout is a little weird-looking and yes that is the Dunes, the meeting point of oh so many fit boys. but yeah, look. i added pictures and everything that's how bored i am! -anela

8.26.05 Tarkio=seniors seniors!!! Wow, school is definitely a PARTAY, esp when i have basically no tarea, EVER. Of course I'm still sleep-deprived, but that is for other reasons. Therefore I will be putting up pictures of Tarkio's 2005 Dunes tours and other phun stuff during my newfound spare time (what? spare time?). With luck I'm also gonna get the Boho Rhapso video from Erika. That way our 2 fans (do we even have 2?) can listen to our sweetness. yeah!!! -anela

8.18.05 dios mio, i'm leaving harvaardvark and going back to uglytown in 12 hours and 9 minutes! that's right, it's 12:34 (happy new year!). but anyway, tarkio is gonna be back in action really really soon. and if i were to consult the Oracle, she'd tell me that we're gonna have brandnew day-glo shirts for homecoming. and new songs of course! now SEIZURE TO THE RIGHT! -anela

6.11.05 i fear i am getting sickly. me duele la garganta! i guess i won't be able to sing for Tarkio at our backyard show. we'll be headlining w/ a revived Rumaj. jk rowling! i wish! anyway, as for the current News: i (anela) will be going on a solo tour to Hah-vahd in about a week, Britt will be sojourning in Florida for while, and the rest of the ace gang will be working like a bunch of workaholics in workland (aka, you can find them sitting in chairs at your local pool). so, Tarkio will be temporarily broken up. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! but don't worry; we'll be back in the fall. back in black, that is. or back in day-glo Tarkio capes.

4.6.05 i just love uglytown!!! and uglytown loves tarkio. the band. and bobsled team. and maybe the town too. but seriously, i think all of Mospect My School is rockin out to our sweet raprocktechnopop(mariachi?) sound. they love us that much. anyway, i gtg. one day i will make this site good. one day in the very distant future. you see, i'm going slightly mad right now, so that will have to wait. come back and visit! we swear we are working on our originals (songs). -anela
