Jacob Borshard is from Texas, has a BFA from SAIC in Chicago and teaches on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation. His pleasingly weird bronze dinosaurs pair the oddball sensitivity of a Kindergartener's bedtime hallucinations with the elegance of streamlined modern design. He plans to bridge the current dinosaur theme with new works of mushroom clouds, stray dogs, trinitite reliquaries, weirdo monsters and Betty Page nymphets. Jacob also writes indie folk punk rock songs and performs solo with his ukulele.
