Welcome to my home page, kick back, open a beer, fix a drink, or as we IN THE SOUTH DO, pour a glass of ice tea, and enjoy yourself. Nothing on this page except a little info about myself, my FAMILY, and my Work. My wife, the former Sara Jane Flores, and I live in RUSSELLVILLE ARKANSAS. (We like to call it the Gateway to the Ozark Mountains and the Arkansas River Valley). We have lived here for 23 years. Prior to that, we lived in HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS for 11 years, prior to that I was in the USMC and travled the far east for 4 years. Prior to that I lived in good ole WARDELL, MISSOURI. To the locals, I am considered a DAMM YANKEE, (because I Came and Stayed) Even though I am from the boothill of Missouri, which, most folks consider part of Arkansas anyway.

My Wife and I have two beautiful Daughters, and three GRAND-DAUGHTERS, (THE MOST BEAUTIFUL, MOST TALENTED etc. (I'm sure you get the picture) The best in the WORLD!!!!!!!
Both Daughters were born in HOT SPRINGS, and all three Grand Daughters were born in RUSSELLVILLE. We have two Grand Sons, Twins, born Sept 12, 2000. Born in Russellville, AR. (THEY KEEP ME YOUNG)

Russellville is located on the Arkansas River, (LAKE DARDANELLE), and there are approximaely 20 fishable lakes within 35 miles. BASS Fishing, as you can guess, is very popular here. I fished the tournament trail in Arkansas for a few years, but found that it takes too much time to be good at it, so I now only fish for pleasure. Russellville is located near the OZARK NATIONAL FORREST, so WHITETAIL DEER HUNTING is also popular. I hunt for the pleasure of being ourdoors with nature, and don't take my deer hunting very serious.

I spend a lot of my time with my hobby, Woodworking, especially scrolling. I have included a few of the items I have recently completed, in my photo section below.

I work for a Steel Distribution Company, headquarted in Chicago, IL. LAPHAM HICKEY STEEL CORPORATION. I travel six states as a SALES REP , Alabama, Arkansas, Louisania, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. I have worked for this Company for the past 23 years.

EFFECTIVE MARCH 01, 2004, I HAVE RETIRED FROM THE PAID WORK FORCE AND WILL START WORKING FOR NOTHING DOING THE THINGS I LOVE, WOOD WORK..

SARE AND I WILL TAKE A FEW TRIPS EACH YEAR, BUT WILL CONTINUE TO LIVE IN RUSSELLVILLE ARKANSAS AND SPEND AS MUCH TIME AS POSSIBLE WITH OUR GRANDCHILDREN.

Our Cabin in the Ozarks
This is where we hide out from the real world.
Located just a few miles from the world famous BUFFALO NATIONAL RIVER.
White Tail Deer, Black Bear, Turkey, and a few ELK are all around our cabin.
I have seen deer and turkey in our back yard. I have seen sign of black bear just a few yards from our property line. Boy, life can't get any better than this.
All located in the heart of the Ozarks.
