1) Must have a website. Websites for other cliques and weblogs are okay, too, as well as non-anime sites. Sites with simply [my bio, pictures, links, cliques] for content will not be accepted (unless your site is supposed to be a gallery). 2) No hentai/blatantly adult material. Anything questionable must be clearly marked.
3) PLEASE click here to see which characters are taken before you submit anything! You can not have the same character/flower combo as someone else.
4) You must have the code on your page before I check it out, or I won't add you. Also, the page you have the code on (if not on the main page) must be linked from the rest of the site.
5) You are allowed to have 2 blossoms if you wish, but only two per site.
6) No sTiCkY cApS or excessive use of l33t and/or horrific spelling. "U" is not a word, it is a letter. It does not take a lot of energy to type "you", so do it.
7) Choose a *real* flower and a *real* character. No made-up/otaku characters; this includes personal manga characters.
