Imagine if Broward Blvd. were easy to cross... pedestrians could walk more easily north of Broward...

Microcentro in Buenos Aires is a zone where some vehicles can enter (if you have a permit, no problem).  But visitors need to park outside the zone and walk in. Great for promoting safe walking areas.
Here's an interesting appraoch.  Notice the relief art which adds something to the wall.  The wall is no longer flat and "unemotional".  Now there are humor and life and shadows...
