1. Subway!
Subway isnt the only thing I eat, but it is a big part of my diet.
2. Exercise!
No, Im not a exercise fanatic....yet, but I do move. I walk outside, dance with my kids, really clean house!
3. Water!
My goal is to drink my minium a day, which is 64oz. I dont always do this, but it is my plan.
4. Fruits!
A good goal to have! I eat a fruit with my Subway and for snacks. I like bananas, green apples, canned pineapple, canned peaches(naturals,in own juice). Frozen grapes are also yummy.
