This Community Garden is one of the programs that are part of the City of Regina’s, South Zone Recreation Board.

The Garden is made up of over 270 individual garden plots located in South Regina near the corner of the Wascana Parkway & Grant Road. This Garden was started in1983.

The properties on which the Gardens occupy are within the jurisdiction of the Wascana Centre Authority and are leased at no cost to the South Zone Community Gardens through leases held jointly by the City of Regina and Wascana Centre from the University of Regina/Saskatchewan Opportunities Corporation (SOCO).
