~My 134.4 dB stereo~

Here's a few pics of my aftermarket system, which is now a year old and pretty much outdated, but I plan to keep this one in my car for a while. I'm not particularly crazy about TV screens and Clarion's Auto PC-type stuff in my dash anyway. I don't have any neon, and I don't have a disc changer, or anything real spiffy. I'm completely satisfied with what I have, for what I paid ($1800). I like the simple things in life... loud music, and plenty of bump! :)

Some advice for those of you installing car audio on Monsoon equipped F-bodies:

Take it in for a professional to handle. My boyfriend (a car audio veteran) and I worked for 5 days trying to figure out how to bypass the internal amp and SCV (speed compensated volume), but to no avail. In those 5 days we only succeeded in running the wire and blowing fuses trying to make the amp work. After many hours of cursing and electric shock, we finally took my car to Tunes which is the place where I had bought everything. In less than an hour Steve had worked his magic and my car finally had bump! Thank you, Steve!
