This was one of my most favorites as a child and still is today
today as an adult. I used to help my Granny alot in the kitchen. This recipe is a special one, Granny only cooked her yummy squash on
special occasions. She never put the recipe on paper that I know of, so my heart and memory is the place where it is found. I think
I am, as close as, I can get and Granny would be proud of me. Hope yall enjoy! The secret to this recipe: is to make loving memories
with your family and friends. They last a life time and more...Thanks Granny

first layer of squash (about half), then onions, sprinkle half of each cheese, dot with butter, pour half of egg mixture over, take half of the flour and sprinkle over.
Ok first layer is done. Now repeat, using remaining ingredients, ending with cheese on top. Optional: You can use breadcrumbs on top or in place of flour.
