Railroad Photography of Mason Y. Cooper

The Shenandoah Valley of Virginia has many railroads. My favorite among these began as the Shenandoah Valley Railroad in the year 1870, became a part of Norfolk & Western Railway in 1896 and Norfolk Southern in 1982. This website contains some of my recent railroad photography from the Hagerstown District, the northernmost portion of the Shenandoah Valley line.
