My Personal Life
God says: "Honor your father
and your mother, so that you may live long
in the land the LORD your God is giving you." (Ex 20: 12)
The only people that have a very special command for their sake in the Bible are parents,
my parents. As the Arabic proverb says, they are like a candle that burns for the
good of the others, their children, myself. I really appreciate all what they have
done for me. I am very thankful for all the morals and principles they engraved in
me. The only negative thing is that I can not pay them back all their sacrifices, I
am trying to but I think this is very difficult to be done fully.
My sister or lets say my
small mother has some similar role. Her role is definitely smaller in proportion to
here age, but still I can not go without it.
Church, my home as it is
my Heavenly Father's Home. The entire role of my family is just a reflection of our
membership in the church and sincere tries to abide by it commands all the time.
My Friends
After one's small family, friends are the first people who have
quite an effecting role in ones life.
Hani Emile is not just my cousin or a mirror
of myself, he is my complementary person. I used to know him as the first one
outside my small family i.e. my parents. This helped me to enjoy having a brother
besides my dearest sister.
Hani Samuel is created to be a computer engineer. I first knew him
personally in 1994, and since then Hani is my computer teacher. Also, in him I
can see clearly how life of devotion and love can be applied.
Mark Maher is simply an angle in a human body. Mark is
a real
friend, or say a brother, I enjoyed knowing him. He is a mechanical engineer, so I
used to consult him always.
Paul Mohareb (the chemist) is a rare person that can ever be found in this
era. Paul always loves the others and cares about them in a practical way not just
words.
My School Teachers
Friends are just the extension of the small family.
However, away from my family, at its two levels, comes the role of my teachers.
Mr. Gad Nazir Gad is my mathematics teacher.
He was the one who helped me to love and discover my mathematical skills simply
because he himself loves math. He taught me for 7 continuous years from the 6th year
of the primary to the 3rd year to the secondary school.
Ms. Iman Khalil was my science teacher in the primary school. She
was always aware that English language must be practiced from the early age seriously and
not just in the English classrooms especially that my school is an experimental language
school.
Mrs. Isis was my religion teacher. On one of the monthly exams, she
deducted a point or so from all of the classroom because all of us forgot to mention the
"Obedience" as a major point in our relationships with God and our parents.
Until this day I still remember this event and try to obey my God and my parents.
My Mechanical Engineering Relations
After the secondary school, one usually join some faculty at
some university with new teachers or doctors.
Dr. Maher Younan is like my father at
school. He is my mechanics of materials teacher. His style of work may be
tiresome, but pushed us to understand the material deeply. The design option is my
favorite one because of many factors, and Dr. Younan is the absolutely first one.

Dr. Taraji was my statics teacher. He is really a man of morals and
principles. He refuses cheating in all its forms. Once one of our colleagues
was proven to be cheating for the second time in the exams, Dr. Traji forced him to
apologize in front of the entire class because he has stolen our effort and rights.
Dr. Traji believes that any engineer who cheats can easily kill many people in some
miss-erected building.
Dr. Hekman is almost the youngest teacher in the department, or even
in the entire school of science and engineering. I really love his style and skills.
Originally, he is a mechanical engineer, but has a good electrical
skills & background, may be through practicing
automatic control. His computer skills are really amazing. He
motivated me to be like him, in his technical skills. Also he is very
talented in acting. visit

My Electronics Relations
At AUC, we do not have just a major, but a minor with its
professors, assistants, and secretary.
Dr. Fadel Assabghy is one person that
you may say about him: "who can find a virtuous man? for his price is far above rubies."
Dr. Fadel is really a "fadel" or virtuous man. I can never forget
his great help and support in my very first project in my engineering career
when my experience with electronics was almost null. I also appreciate his
long and deep experience in electronics that he conveyed it to us (his
students) in our minor. visit

Mr. Elia Gaied, may God rest his soul, was the king in the
electronics lab. He also helped me much in the same first project that
Dr. Fadel worked with me on it. Mr. Elia was not just an expert lab
assistant, but he was also a dear elder friend.
Eng. Safwat is like an elder brother, or even a
father. I enjoy chatting with him. he also helped me in the
same very first project I did in the university.
Dr. Hassanien Amer is an ingenious man. I am fond of
his style and way of thinking, although it is not very easy to cope with!
Dr. Tawfik is a very helpful person who loves his students
and work for their best.
Ms. Nancy El Shakankiri is like a kind mother that one can find her beside
him in hard times.
Mr. George is a very active and clever person who helps all of
us to achieve the highest possible standards.
Eng. Omneya, I really thank her for the great patience she
showed while I was enjoying my first analog lab.
Eng. Mohamad ElGendy, I think of him like Dr. Amer's son in
every aspect. Both of them have advanced academic standards, the
same physical looking (tall & thin), and Eng. El Gendy used to be Dr.
Amer's assistant before his departure to USA for the PhD degree.
My Computer Science Relations
And it is not just one single minor but a second complementary
one as well with its crew.
Dr. Amr Goneid taught me the
first real computer course (CSCI 110) and made me stand on a solid ground.
Ms. Mahinor was my assistant in the two courses of (CSCI
110 & 210) and helped me to become a good programmer!
Mr. Gendy Saad is a dear friend. he is not a computer specialist;
however, he taught himself and shared knowledge with students as he is the
computer lab assistant. Gendy taught me a lot of things in the
computers.
My Mathematics & Physics Relations
Now it is time for my very beloved subjects from the early years
of my preparatory school period.
Dr. Mina Abd El Malek is a very clever
person who is skilled and talented in many areas. He is also my
mathematics
teacher whom I really admire and appreciate what he had taught me. He
is one of my ideal persons.
Dr. Ashraf El Fiqi is one of those people that you can
easily love and hope one day to be like them.
Mr. Karim Addas is a physics assistant who really loves
physics from the bottom of his heart and made me love it like him.
Although he is a very clever & hard worker man,
he underestimates himself!
My ACS Relations
Not just the official studies, but some extra sessions in
various fields enhance ones computer skills.
Ms. Rana ElKalyouby introduced me to FrontPage
that made me able to do this site.
Ms. Soumaya introduced me to Adobe PhotoShop that I used to
made the pictures on this site.
Ms. Maha introduced me to outlook that I used extensively to
organize my address book and telephone directory.
Ms. Zeinab introduced me to Ms Access that helped me a lot
in computer science course of database.
My Other Relations
Outside the tight zone of family, friendship and studies there
are still some people who are helpful.
Mr. Ramsis Roushdy was
the first one to introduce me to the invention called "computer" especially
the Macintosh one. This made me understand the IBM domain easier later
on.
Ms. Miriam Fahmi helped, and still helping, me to enhance
and refine my computer skill, but in the IBM domain.
Yohana Saad
encouraged me and offered good technical help, in doing
this site, based on his
own experience.
