| Here is a recipe that my friend Gerri gave me for cookies. It is so simple and with the holidays coming we could all use a simple cookie recipe. |
| 1 white cake mix 2 eggs 1/3 cup oil 1/2 bag chocolate chips Mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Drop by teaspoon on to lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes. You can change this recipe just use your imagination. You can substituted pistacio's, coconut, peanut butter chips, candied fruit, raisons & walnuts for the chocolate chips. You can also use a spice cake, yellow cake, cherry chunk cake, or a chocolate cake. Let your imagination go and see what you can create. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL FROM DENNY AND I.
