The reviews here are merely the opinion the opinion of the author and are based solely on the performance of Gerard Butler in each movie and in some cases are not meant to be a whole review of the movie itself. In my humble opinion, Gerry is an incredible actor, whose ability sometimes far exceeds the script he was given to work with. He brings depth and intensity to each character no matter how large or small the role. He has enriched the acting community with his talent, wit and humility and I Iook forward to seeing more wonderful things from him.

Many thanks to ~T~ and all the fans at GerardButler.net for the motivation and a very special thank you to Gerard Butler without whose amazing performance in "The Phantom of The Opera"  I would not have been thusly inspired and encouraged.

Links will be added as reviews are written, historical updates are added and any glaringly obvious spelling errors that I should have caught earlier are corrected. Please be patient.
(esp. w/the spelling) Thanks!

Disclaimer - I am now convinced that I just can not spell - despite a spell checker and a dictionary on my knee. So if anybody stumbles across any spelling mistakes that are in desperate need of correction - PLEASE do not hesitate to let me know. Two sets of eyes are far better than one. Send a PM to Dubhodhar at GBNet or click here to send me an email. Thanks! Additionally, this webpage is for you, the fans - and was done simply for fun.  Two years ago, I knew nothing about HTML. Thanks to a VERY patient friend (hugs and kisses to Andy - you are a computer god!) and a book - I decided to learn on my own simply because it is skill I felt I should have. In December 2004, I was challenged by my friend to put something up just to see if I could. Thus the "Phantom Rant" was born. The whole thing just kind of took off from there.

Please remember that if there is anything that you just don't agree with, there is always the BACK button. There is no need to send flames, I'll probably just ignore you anyway, and cheerfully use them to roast marshmallows. To answer a few queries - I don't have access to Gerry, his phone numbers, schedule, emails, addresses - I have no clue what he eats for breakfast, or if he even does, whether he puts 87 or 92 octane in that car of his - nor do I know what tunes he listens to or where he is at this very second. My apologies in advance for any minor strokes, seizures or heart attacks this causes. I don't have a photogallery, because frankly there are enough of those out there already and GB.Net has the most extensive one. Please pay theirs a visit and follow their links to others.  As to the issue of message boards? If you know who I am, then you know what I do. Er....um.... no. You really couldn't pay me enough.  Honest. That being said - enjoy the site!
