Living in the Light
A picture is worth a thousand words.  This picture          demonstrates to me  the interconnection  of life itself. Here we see  it's  life force . We can watch  the   Dance of Shiva , as the life force  leaves, rises and spirals back down within the multi dimensions of time and space.  All past..present..and future life and events sharing the same space of the ONE. To be able to appreciate the Dance of Shiva fix your eyes on the picture and allow it to bring you in  and teach you it's message.  Release your soul's memorys and allow the messages of forgotten times to form within your mind.
As we are born into this world we lose the memory of our soul's life journeys. In the Upanishad there is written a beautiful story life creation story that describes what happens to us.

'When the fetus in the womb is seven months old, the soul receives again the knowledge of it's past and future.  It know who it has been and it will be.  When the movie of it's lives passes before it's mind, it becomes frightened and begins moving restlessly here and there. Now, God has been watching all this, and when at last the soul starts crying out and taking refuge in him, God bestows his grace upon it.  He gives it instruction in So'ham, which means "That am I". When nine months are over, the fetus is forcibly ejected from it's mother's womb.  The moment it comes out, it starts crying...It forgets the awareness of So'ham and cries out Ko'ham, which means "Who am I?"
